Here at Team True Force, we teach an all around system for MMA. Whether you are fighting  to better yourself or defending yourself on the street, we can teach you the skills to win.

We teach a combination of the most proven defense techniques. This teaches our students to be well rounded fighters. We teach Tang Soo Do Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Judo and Muay Thai.

A brief word on each style:

Tang Soo Do - The roots for this system have been traced back over 2000 years. It's development has survived trail by fire by hundreds of years in real life situations. Tang Soo Do can best be described as a combination between, Shotokan Karate, Chinese Kung Fu, and Taekkyeon. 

Kickboxing has become famous for helping people get in shape and have healthy lifestyles. However, it should not be overlooked that Kickboxing is still a skill for fighting. This style of defense allows you to pick your opponent apart from a distance. People who only know how to throw untrained punches will have a huge disadvantage against a seasoned kickboxer. 

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Ever since Royce Gracie traveled the world and challenge everyone from any background and every size, no one has questioned the effectiveness of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With the ability to immobilize an opponent or to put them out for the count in a matter of minutes, BJJ is tremendous asset to any fighter's arsenal. 

Muay Thai enables a fighter to become efficent with 8 attacking points instead of four. Knees and elbows can be a quick fighter changer against any situation.
